4.For the water-cooled ozone generator, the main function keys of the equipment can be manually operated as required. Design and configuration solutions can be made according to the actual on-site space requirements of customers and the requirements for ozone concentration.
5.According to the national "Technical Specifications for Disinfection" and our practical application experience, the following design scheme is provided: For the airborne bacteria in the air, the ozone sterilization concentration is 2-5ppm. During the process of adding ozone, the staff should not stay in the processing workshop. The self-contained microcomputer control system can realize the function of unattended operation. The working time can be set according to production requirements, and the sterilization time periods can be set multiple times a day. The working time of the equipment is 0.4-1.0 hours, and the ozone reduction time is 30-50 minutes.
Introduction to the Pipeline Laying of the Ozone Generator:
1.The water-cooled ozone generator needs to be equipped with an auxiliary air source (oil-free air compressor) to enable the ozone gas to reach the workshops that are farther away more effectively.
2.The water-cooled ozone generator should be placed in a fixed space (not damp and with sufficient space for heat dissipation), and it is not recommended to place it in an open-air area outside the workshop.
3.Corrosion-resistant pipes such as U_PVC/PPR are laid to each workshop that needs sterilization. An ozone regulating air outlet valve (made of polytetrafluoroethylene) is installed on the pipeline (the ozone passes through the air outlet above the workshop) to inject the ozone into the sterilization space.
4.When the water-cooled ozone generator is connected to the power supply, the cooling water must be connected first (generally industrial tap water, with a temperature not higher than the ambient temperature and a pressure less than 0.4MPa). It is prohibited to operate the equipment without the cooling water being supplied. The sterilization time of the equipment can be started manually or at a fixed time.
